| DENVER, CO (July 1, 2002) – Health Plans Colorado, a Boulder, CO-based group and individual health insurance agency, and its principal, Randy Rush, is pleased to announce its recent acquisition by Talbot Financial Corporation and its merger with Talbot Insurance Agency’s Boulder office.
Rush specializes in offering Health, Life and Disability insurance coverage to group and individual customers.
The merger, which became effective July 1st, further solidifies Talbot’s position as one of the area’s leading personal and commercial insurance consulting firms, specializing in property and casualty and employee benefits insurance solutions.
