PARAMUS, NJ, February 2, 2006 – The Crown Insurance Agency, located at 31 Weber
Street, North Tonawanda, NY 14120 has joined The NIA Group, a leading insurance and
financial services organization, effective January 1, 2006. In addition to Dale Peter,
Crownís president, several other Crown associates will be joining The NIA Group. The
Crown Insurance office in North Tonawanda will operate as The NIA / Crown Agency
effective immediately. The Crown Agency was founded over one hundred years ago.
